Narrative
After World War II, the barracks of the UN Relief and Rehabilitation Agency UNRRA housed Displaced Persons DP's, including former forced laborers and concentration camp inmates.
In November 1946, more than 1,200 Jewish "DP's" were houseded there, waiting for their emigration to Palestine and/or overseas.
